Hi, I’m Terry — founder, consultant, and someone who's spent the better part of the last 15 years deep in the trenches of global finance and tech systems performing strategic problem-solving.

My path started in South Africa, where I studied Economics and Finance as well as gaining the CFA Chartholder. I soon found myself immersed in the world of capital markets, analytics, and trading infrastructure. I spent years inside major financial institutions — building trading products, optimizing capital, and learning the ins and outs of systems like Murex. But more than the systems themselves, I was fascinated by what they enabled — faster decisions, smarter strategies, and real business growth.

Over time, my role evolved from analyst to strategic partner. I led launches of new algorithmic trading platforms, built global partnerships, and engineered solutions that saved clients time and millions in cost. But I also realised something powerful: no one can know it all and no one is ever really done with learning.

That’s why this consultancy isn’t just about my experience — it’s about connecting the right people to the right challenges. Whether it’s a complex regulatory hurdle, a global market launch, or a strategic second set of eyes on a high-stakes project, I bring in trusted subject matter experts from a deep network when it matters most. We want our clients to trust in us, including trusting us to know when we need help and knowing how to source it.

Now based in the UK and pursuing a Master’s in Analytics at Georgia Tech, I work with forward-thinking businesses who want to scale, simplify, or reinvent — with strategy that’s grounded in data and built for growth.
